| Weekly Devotion "Salvation!" Why are you here? This question can only be answered by scripture. God created us for a reason. That you may worship and enjoy Him forever! John 4 says that God is looking for worshippers. Revelation 4 says that you were created for his good pleasure. Are you seeking to worship Him? If not you are not fulfilling the purpose for which you were created and are in need of repentance and forgiveness. Jesus took your sins upon Himself so you can have peace with God the Father, and come back to the purpose he created you. So why are you here? So that you may love God; for God loves you so much that He Gave His only Son Jesus Christ that you may spend Eternity worshipping and serving Him. Anything else is not worthy of eternity with God, but will be an eternity seperated from God. The choice is yours.
